Great news for the residents of Aylesbury Vale – and it’s about time to) the council is estimating around 70 new houses to be built with over half of them being affordable homes.
Catalyst is proposing to build 74 new homes, of which a minimum of 40 per cent will be affordable, together with redeveloping the adjoining Heron House.
The only downside is, Development is not expected for another three years but the cabinet decision enables the project to progress to the next stage.
The new affordable housing will be welcome by the residents and will make a valuable contribution to increasing the supply of much- needed affordable housing of which a minimum of 40 per cent will be affordable.
